Russia and Japan signed a Memorandum on Parliamentary Cooperation
The document was signed by coordinator of the Interparliamentary Group on Interaction with the Parliament of Japan Yevgenii Shulepov and chairman of the Japan-Russia Parliamentary Friendship Association Ichiro Aisawa.
