congratulated Speaker of the Joǵorku Keńesh (Supreme Council) of the Kyrgyz Republic Talant Mamytov on the successful presidential elections held in Kyrgyzstan and a referendum on the form of government.
“Observers worked in Kyrgyzstan, including the CSTO PA representatives, noted the transparency and competitiveness of the elections,” said Viacheslav Volodin during the conversation.
Viacheslav Volodin and Talant Mamytov also discussed issues of the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
