Vyacheslav Victorovich Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (Elected in a single mandate electoral district № 164 – Saratov district, Saratov Oblast) had a conversation with President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan.

Viacheslav Volodin and Ararat Mirzoyan discussed issues of bilateral cooperation at the inter-parliamentary level and agreed to hold a meeting in the middle of May in Moscow.
