sent a telegram to Li Zhanshu and expressed condolences
over the plane crash in China.
He expressed deep condolences for the loss of passengers of the Chinese airline’s flight in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, and also asked to convey words of sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims.
