secretary Jen Psaki said that the US authorities did not ask American companies
to leave the Russian market. Then, just few hours later, the US Congress made a proposal so that the US government would not be able to deal with those companies
that, despite the sanctions, continued to operate in Russia, as he added.
The Chairman of the State Duma recalled that he had already mentioned Washington’s double standards policy: for example, the US Congress prohibited providing any assistance to the Azov battalion (the organization was recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation), but the US President Joe Biden “despite the law, continues to finance these neo-Nazis and send them weapons”.
“Just think about the consequences of actions of the US authorities, as they possess nuclear weapons and they are responsible for many things in the world, if the law does not apply to their leadership, so their political statements are worthless. Someone will laugh that there are talks about the “decaying West” in our country. But today we see that there is chaos in the United States,” he added.
