announced that as agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, there had been
launched a procedure of official invitation to Russia for the US Under Secretary
of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland to answer questions of Russian parliamentarians
about the activities of the US specialists and the Pentagon financing
biological laboratories in Ukraine.

, we had set a task of getting
an explanation from the US officials, I mean Ms. Nuland and Biden’s son, who,
firstly, confirmed the fact of involvement in the creation of biological laboratories
and the documents proved that those activities were funded by the military
department, the Pentagon,” said Irina Yarovaya.
“Ms. Nuland will visit the European states from April 2 to April 9, and we believe that this would be right and great opportunity to invite her to give explanations at this time, since she will not be able to say that she is far away and that she has a schedule that does not allow answering these questions,” said Irina Yarovaya. “You know, this is a test of honesty, because if Ms. Nuland confirmed the fact of existence of the laboratories on the territory of Ukraine and the US authorities are involved in that, then she can answer the questions on the reasons of their creation,” she added.
Irina Yarovaya stressed
that “in all strategic national documents of the United States, Russia is
declared as the main enemy. Therefore, we wonder why the Pentagon creates
biological laboratories and studies materials regarding those citizens who live
on the territory of Ukraine, who have almost the same genotype and ethnic group
as Russians. What was the aim of those studies taking into account the fact
that, I want to emphasize once again, in all national strategic documents,
Russia is declared as an enemy?”
Head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova also took part in the meeting of the Commission. The possible impact of the activities of Ukrainian biological laboratories over the past few years on the epidemiological situation in Russia was also discussed.
The creation of the Parliamentary Commission of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on investigation into the circumstances related to the creation of biological laboratories by the US specialists on the territory of Ukraine was initiated by the State Duma. The need to investigate the activities of the US biological laboratories has been repeatedly emphasized by the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
The Commission consists of 14 members of the State Duma and 14 senators. Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya and Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev are the Co-Chairs of the Commission.
