“You know the recent Biden’s remarks: he promises to give 100 million USD to the Palestinians, while he plans to give 100 billion USD to Israel and Ukraine. The war will not end in this situation”, said the Chairman of the State Duma. “Therefore, the United Nations in this situation should initiate holding Biden accountable. If only he shows his real face and finally takes a position, as they have not stated anything yet, then perhaps the conflict will end,” he added.

that Russia and Brazil at the UN presented plans for a peaceful settlement of the situation in the Middle East, but both documents were not supported by the USA and its satellites.
“We should call a spade a spade, discuss it in all parliaments. Not in general, but clearly, it is important to identify the perpetrators of the tragedy. Biden must respond. Either they must stop this or the United Nations must prosecute him as a war criminal, as he is the person fueling this and other conflicts. As after that the world will breathe easy, people will not die, there will be no war in Ukraine,” emphasized the Chairman of the State Duma.
As Vyacheslav Volodin noted, the Russian President Vladimir Putin “had been conducting a dialogue for months, urging everyone to do everything to prevent the war in Ukraine,” but Washington decided to escalate the conflict. “Now [Washington] has started the Israeli – Palestinian conflict. Tensions are growing in the Taiwan region,” he added.
“The position of the State Duma is clear. I would like it to be heard and supported by other national parliaments of the countries of the world, otherwise all this could lead to an even greater tragedy. Please support and take into account the fact that we are doing everything to bring peace to the Middle East. But for this we need to hold accountable those we just mentioned,” concluded the Chairman of the State Duma.
