stressed that Russia’s economic growth would be the best response to all of Russia's enemies in the West; its strengthening should
lead to their withdrawal from politics.
“Biden has literally destroyed himself; he was hit by all his boomerangs that he had sent to Russia, expecting our country's economy to be torn to shreds. They have failed to tear it to shreds, but he has been torn to shreds. Now Macron has started down a bad path – Biden’s follower. He has not learned anything from the fate of the former President of the United States of America, who withdrew from the election race,” said the Chairman of the State Duma during a discussion of amendments to the 2025 budget law and the 2026–2027 planning period.
According to the Chairman of the State Duma, the best response “will be the economic growth and the preservation and improvement of social standards.” “The economic model created by the President has proved to be effective. And there will be fewer politicians like Biden, Macron, and Merz, in the world, because they are like mold that will die when the rays of light from our country reach them,” he stressed. “Many of them are uneducated; just look where they came from,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
“We are discussing the budget publicly, and all factions can express their opinions,” said Vyacheslav Volodin. He drew attention of his colleagues to “the devil lies in the details,” and if they talk about the decrease, they should pay attention to other things as well. “We see that our growth rates decline, but inflation also lowers. This means maintaining wages, their real growth, and lower prices. That is the other side,” noted the Chairman of the State Duma.
In conclusion, Vyacheslav Volodin urged the members of the State Duma to work and reach such results so that will make Russia’s enemies “immediately withdraw from politics.” “The world will be a better place if they resign. And that can only be achieved by increasing efficiency, including through the budget ruble,” he concluded.
