“In 2024, those who support our
traditional values received such an opportunity. Almost about 150 people send

Volodin
Vyacheslav Victorovich
The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
on his MAX channel.
He also cited information that “according to the data of the Ministry of Interior of the end of October 2025, there were received 2275 applications by the Russian services.
According to Vyacheslav Volodin, most of those who want to move here are from Germany, Latvia, France, Italy, the UK, Estonia, and Lithuania.
The Chairman of the State Duma noted some reasons why citizens of the European states choose Russia:
- level of security;
- free medical service and education;
- freedom of speech;
- non-promotion of non-traditional values and gender reassignment;
- increasing economic problems in their home countries.
“Some facts: there is a recession in the economy of Germany for the second year in a row. The Federal Republic of Germany says that almost every second German town is on the verge of bankruptcy,” stressed the Chairman of the State Duma.
“Italy’s federal debt at the end of 2024 was 142 % of GDP, France – 112 % of GDP, Germany – 62.9 % of GPD,” he noted. “Many companies shut down in Europe, the unemployment rate is rising,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
Vyacheslav Volodin also recalled that social benefits and payments were reduced in those countries, while the level of gender reassignment propaganda is very high.
“There are no age restrictions for legal recognition of a gender reassignment in 9 European states – Austria, Estonia, Germany, Iceland, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Slovenia, Switzerland,” he stressed. “In other 9 states there is a minimum age for minors: for example, 12 years in Spain, 16 years in Belgium, Sweden, Portugal,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
“That is why citizens of European states look for better life for them and their children. And they can find it. In RUSSIA,” concluded Vyacheslav Volodin.
