Russia and Vietnam have established the Inter-Parliamentary Commission
Chairman of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin and Chairwoman of the National Assembly of Vietnam Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân signed an agreement on the establishment of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission. Meetings of the Commission will be held every year, alternately in Russia and Vietnam
