The State Duma ratified the military cooperation agreement with Nicaragua

The State Duma ratified the Intergovernmental Agreement on Military Cooperation with the Republic of Nicaragua.
The document was signed on September 22, 2025. It is aimed at developing long-term military relations and includes cooperation between the two states in training military personnel, exchanging experience, as well as possible technical interaction.
“Nicaragua is the state with which we have been developing comprehensive relations at the level of the heads of state, within the parliamentary ties, at intergovernmental level,” emphasized the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin
